Enterprise Council Overview

Mission

  • The SAGGroup Executive Committee is to Chair and Conduct an interactive forum to promote discussion of Software AG Enterprise Product direction and strategic functionality.

Objectives

  • Articulate strategic, Enterprise-level, Product-related issues and interact with product representatives from Software AG Research and Development, Product Marketing, and Customer Support.
  • Facilitate an ongoing exchange of ideas to enable delivery of enhanced Enterprise-level products.
  • Produce White Papers that will dialogue current and future development of Adabas and Natural-related products. The first such paper to be developed within one year of the first meeting of the Enterprise Council.

Benefits

  • Customers will have the capacity to influence Enterprise Product strategy and interact with product decision-makers.
  • Software AG will have an ongoing channel of communication to enable delivery of substantial Enterprise-level products that continue to be tuned into current and future Enterprise-level customer needs.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

  • Strong Enterprise Product knowledge.
  • Pragmatic sense of business need balanced with business resource allocation.
  • Function constructively in a collaborative, team-oriented, committee environment.
  • Commit time to committee meeting participation, travel (1-2 trips per year) and white paper development.

Enterprise Council Membership Selection and Continued Participation

  • Mutual nomination by SAGGroup Executive Committee and Software AG.
  • Annual mutual ratification by SAGGroup Executive Committee and Software AG.
